energy ball

To create an energy ball, look at the picture and hold your hands as if you have a ball in your hands, close your eyes and imagine a pure white light coming down from the universe and touching on the top of your head, (like the one you see on Mr Bean) allow that light to come in through your crown Chakra

and travel through your body down into mother earth.
Now breath in that white light, breath it into your heart centre breathing in love and light and breathing out all negativity, still imagining the ball of energy in your hands send the white light from the heart centre up to your shoulders and down through both of your arms to your hands and into the energy ball, push in gently and feel a slight resistance like pushing two magnets together.
You are now ready to use the energy ball, lets use this one for healing, change that white light to the colour blue for healing and fill your energy ball with a beautiful blue light, send all the names of the people you know who need healing into the energy ball, you can say them out loud if you wish, if you don’t know anyone in need of healing send it out into the world or send it to yourself, that way you will know if its worked.
When you feel that your energy ball is ready just send it upwards and on its way, you have already told it where to go, you may want to throw it up gently like a balloon and pat it on its way.
You can do this as many times as you like and the more you do it the more you will feel it as you get stronger.

You can use the energy ball for many things, if you are stressed or have any worries such as debt, relationship, family situations or work, just like when you sent the names into the energy ball send all your worries, stress or money problems etc: then send it on its way and watch as it floats away, you will feel all the stress float away with it.

You can do this solo or as a group sending all your energy balls at the same time or one person create a ball and then pass it round the room adding into it then the last person can send it. This is a wonderful exercise and will increase your psychic awareness.
